Plan for a Safe Room
The biggest threat from BW agents
are from those dispersed in the air which create an inhalation hazard (although
other ways of infection are possible, such as through food or contact).
Find a "space"
You should take the time now to
determine what are the best rooms or places to stay, that preferably have
no windows and that with some clear packaging tape or duct tape
could be sealed off from outside air relatively quickly.
You can use large plastic sheets
of clear polyethylene to help better seal off doors and windows and hallways.
Dry Runs would be a good use
of You and your Family's Time! |

Find
an Inside Room or Space

| An expedient way
for sealing off the gap between the underside of a door and the floor is
to use a damp towel along the base of the door.
You should also consider having a
bathroom in this “safe area” if at all possible.
If the crisis lasts for an extended
period, then a sleeping area is also needed.

To insure
a Safe Air supply, Special Filtration equipment will be needed.
To insure against leaks allowing
BW products in, it is important to have a greater air pressure inside than
outside.
It is imperative to have a Ventilation
and Filtering system; lighting, electrical receptacles. Also it would be
desirable to also have telephone, TV and radio reception.
A backup power supply can be made
with outside solar panels and rechargeable batteries. |

Kill Bio-hazards sent through the mails using ionizing radiation,
such as X-ray or Gamma Ray sources. The Technology would be similar

However, QUICK & DIRTY methods could use gamma
ray sources such as cobalt-60 and cesium-137.

an aircraft, it would be desirable to know their emotional state. This
can be determined to a useful degree, if certain biometric parameters could
be measured, i.e., heart rate, breathing rate, etc.

rate and breathing rate is microwave interferometry (sometimes referred
to as "Doppler"). Microwave interferometry uses a very low intensity millimeter
wave pulsed microwave transceiver, which has the effect of making a remote,

The plant was hidden by sheets of painted fabric supported by telephone
poles that spread over the plant.

a).. Cheap Upgrade:
In existing CCTV surveillance systems
it is possible to increase resolution from 2 times standard resolution,
to 16 times, utilzing the Extended Resolution Imaging System(ERI).
In normal operation the the Modified
CCTV system displays and records images in Std. RS-170/Rs-170A, which allows
it to be recorded on a standard VCR.
Resolution Multiplication can be
X2, X3, X4 in both H & V. The "high resolution" images are recovered
using a specialized software package running on a PC, e.g., any "n" sequential
images (fields or frames) can reproduce a single Hi Res image of X "n"
resolution increase.

| We
had better act decisively soon, or it may be too late for America.
If
we "play by the rules"--acting only Defensively, never going on the Offense--we
may regret it--the survivors that is.
Iraq surly has a surprise
or two for America, just waiting in the wings, to spring on us when we
least expect it.
Considering the damage thus far accrued
from the Attack of September 11, by just 19 people, using 4 airliners that
took >5,000 lives, not to mention the hit to the economy: what then would
be the damage to the nation if a weapon(s) of mass destruction (WMD) were
unleashed.
Instead of finding out for ourselves,
let us hope and pray that our leaders, Mr. Bush et al., move against
Iraq (and any other state of like intentions) preemptively!

our national preoccupation of "not wanting to harm 'innocent people,'"
how about the use of a few strategically placed EMP[1] weapons against
Iraq, the Taliban, et al.
Without killing a single person,
an EMP weapon could take Saddam Hussein's war making capacity back to the
Stone Age: it would destroy all or most high tech weapons and electronic
equipment and disable most communications, and impact most power distribution
system in that country. And, not a single person would die, and few, if
any, would be injured.

| If we are
the World's Preeminent Super Power that is claimed, why then do we chose
to do battle with our enemies using 'third world' weapons and tactics?
We have super weapons, some even
humane, but we continue to use iron bombs, high explosives, and M-16s against
people, who if given the chance/weapons, would Annihilate us from
the face of the earth without a second thought.

We Americans

evening, your TV watching is interrupted, and all networks carry the same
News
Special:
"There
has been an attack on the Nation's Capital."
"At 8:12
P.M. EST, a brilliant fireball was seen over Washington, DC."
"It is believed
that there has been a NUCLEAR ATTACK on the Nation's Capital. All contact
with Washington and the surrounding area has been lost."
"There is
no word from the White House as to the condition or the whereabouts of
the President of the United States, or the Vice President."
Time passes
and the News Anchors are at a loss to know what has happened or what is
happening--lots of speculation, but NO FACTS.
Finally,
after an hour, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul Wolfowitz, comes on
radio and television from the UK, with the news that the Government of
the United States has been Attacked by an unknown enemy. He says
that it is believed that the President, Vice President, and the Cabinet
are all DEAD. He further states that "there seems no way the Congress could
have survived this Nuclear Attack."
The rest
will be HISTORY--or NOT.
